WiseRecovery promises the restore of lost files in an emergency. It support the recovery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Whether these files have been deleted or even corrupted, WiseRecovery brings them back to life. WiseRecovery scans entire drives and removable media for the lost documents. Then it lists the files found, just not necessarily with the file's original name. This can be a little frustrating to work around, although you can always just open the document to verify it's the one you want to recover. WiseRecovery also offers a document preview. If you want to recover the file, it can be done in three simple clicks.

Method 1 Stop any action on that card or disk!

You should leave the card or disk alone and do not save or delete anything you will view on it after you found something missing.
Any action will lead to a lower success rate of data recovery.
Actually there is something named "file allocation table" in all disks in your computer. If the disk FAT is corrupted or deleted, the computer can never locate the wanted data in the disk.
Therefore you cannot see your deleted files.
However when you delete some files you didn't delete the real file, it is the file's entry from the file allocation table that has been deleted.
The actual contents of the file are still existing on the disk. This is just like a book without a bookmark, you cannot locate the exact page you read last time immediately.
If you save some more files onto that disk, new data will cover the deleted files and your data will hardly be recoverable.

Method 2 Check the recycle bin.

Search the files you need in the deleted files. Recover them if you found any.

Method 3 Finding and using the temporary and auto saved files.

Microsoft offers Auto-save every few minutes(depends on your settings). You can find the temporary auto-saved files and save them in a safe place. The auto save files are placed in one of the following two locations, which is where you should look to recover the data.

The location will be:
"C:\ Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\Word".
"C:\ Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp"

Or

"C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Word"
"C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp"
