Q 1: What exactly is a license key?
A license key is composed of 32 characters with numbers 0-9 and capital letters A-F. Your license key will be sent to you automatically after your order is processed. You can find it in your order confirmation email sent by support@WiseRecovery.com.
Q 2: My license key didn't work, what can I do?
If you purchased a license key from us, the license key is emailed to you automatically. Please do not type it into the text box but copy it from the email and paste it into the text box so that you can avoid typing errors. In addition, please note that the registration information is case sensitive. If you still have problems, please contact support@WiseRecovery.com
Q 3: Can I use the same license key on both my desktop and laptop?
It depends. If you buy it for one computer, you cannot use it both on your desktop and laptop at the same time. If you buy it for multi-computers, you can use the same license on both of them.
Q 4: What's the price of the license key?

WiseRecovery registration is $48.97 USD for 1 computers one year subscription.
Q 5: How long will I get my license?
You will get the license immediately after you click 'complete the order' button on payment platform. We will e-mail you the license key within 5 minutes after the order is complete.
Q 6: At renewal time, will there be automatic renewal charge to my credit card ?
We will not recharge your card automatically when your license key expires. When the expiration date approaches, the software will gently remind you to renew the license when you run the program.
Q 7: Why do you charge me a VAT tax?

Q 8: What is your refund policy?
We will issue a refund to our clients if they are dissatisfied with a product purchased from LionSea. The refund must be requested within 60 days of purchase. The refund policy only applies to the original purchaser. You can contact us via our support email: support@WiseRecovery.com. When you contact us, we will provide you with technical support and additional product instructions to assist you with the product. If you're still not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund to you. Generally, LionSea will issue a refund for the following reasons: dissatisfaction with the product, or if it can be verified the purchase was made using fraudulent or unauthorized payment.

Q 10: I have accidentally formatted my hard drive. How can I recover the data using WiseRecovery?
Please follow the procedures below:
a) Run WiseRecovery software, and click on Start scan.
b) Choose the drive to start scanning.
c) Now, the scanning process will commence. After scanning, list of file types will be displayed in the left pane.
d) Click each file type to view files in it. You will see thumbnails when you click on the file type.
e) You can either recover all or selected files by clicking the Recovery button.
Q 11: What's Deleted Files Recovery?
The Deleted File Recovery software will undelete almost all kinds of deleted files, you can use it when execute "Shift + Del" Deleting without backup, Emptying Recycle Bin without backup etc.
Q 12: What's Partition Recovery?
Partition recovery will scan and retrive your lost or deleted partition on computer, when use this function, you must reboot your computer to make the change take effect.
Q 13: What's Raw Recovery?
Raw Recovery is the final method to recover data from your drive, no matter what caused the data loss, no matter what file system it is, no matter which kind of problems with disk: deleted, lost, corrupted, damaged, formatting. It will scan your storage device in low level, and will recover any data that was not physically destroyed or erased. This is the final weapon, cheers!
Q 14: What's file types supported by WiseRecovery?

Q 15: Is WiseRecovery Secure? Will it destroy my files?
100% safe. This Windows data recovery program works without any damage to your data.
BUT PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL WISERECOVERY ON TO THE SAME DRIVE YOU WANT TO RECOVER DATA FROM!
It will not destroy your files. It just perform a read only scan. But Please don't set the destination disk as the source disk!
Q 16: Why I could not open the recovered files ?
If this situation happens, the files were damaged or overwritten before recovery, that's to say, the data on the disk are not intact. In this case, sorry, no program could recover the data now!
Q 17: How can I uninstall WiseRecovery ?

Q 18: Can I recover the data on hard disk from my crashed system ?
Yes, you can. In this case, you can take out the hard disk and connect it with a workable computer. Then the computer will recognize newly connected disk. You can install WiseRecovery on the workable computer, then scan and recover data on that hard disk.
Q 19: Can the data deleted by Low-level Formatting be recovered ?
Unforunately, no. Because Low-level formatting repeats wiping the data, and write"0"over every sector of data, the wiped data cannot be recovered. In this case, no program could recover the data now!
